While we use industry-leading techniques to remove stains, we cannot guarantee stain removal, as some stains may be permanent depending on the type of fabric, stain and how long it's been there. However, we always do our best to achieve the best possible result.  

After our professional clenaing service your carpet or upholstered item will feel damp, but should be dry within 4 to 6 hours. To speed up the drying process, we recommend keeping the area well ventilated.
